We are guests of two pastors in the Bronx.
Yes, you read it right.
TWO PASTORS.
Last night, we slept in a church.
the church is also home to two pastors (and the wife of one of the pastors)
and another woman named Nida.
Because Nida works as a stay-in domestic helper in Manhattan during the weekdays...her bedroom was available to us and we did not have to sleep in a "pew."
ZZZZZzzzzzzZZZZZZZzzzzzz....
The pastors
Sleeping in Nida's room in the Bronx, made me truly experience Jennifer Lopez's role in the movie: "Maid in Manhattan."
For those unfamiliar, J Lo's character was a maid in a hotel in Manhattan--
she lived in the Bronx.
