Who Knew Tabata Could Be So Dangerous?

Steve and I have started doing Tabata exercises together. Tabata is a work out style that consists of a series of 20 second quick bursts of repetitive exercises with 10 second rests. It's so speedy that beware, sometimes a head gets cracked in the process. (He actually had to attend a memorial service with his hair combed down.)
