Read the Bible.
Exercised with weights.
Supervised my girls and made them a nice lunch.
Dealt with our fruit flies. by making banana bread.
Walked the dog.
Now trying to pick up the clutter of my bedroom before heading out to dinner at the Lewands.
I know I have so much to be grateful for.
I am surrendering and trusting that all will be well---but if the mind controls how we feel and we are in control of our mind....then why do I still lapse into moments of feeling like curling into a ball?
