And I am blogging outside my kids' school.
We are leaving school early because first-born qualified for a 'by invitation only' cross country meet. I have 7 minutes to kill.
This week kicked my rear end.
I am tired of pretending that I did not have an episode of depression.
I did.
I think I am coming out of it.
Really, out of necessity, I need to get a hold of myself. (slap slap)
There is another cross country meet tomorrow,
A thing tomorrow night-
And two volleyball games on Sunday.
I will tell you what helps me-
Must keep on living is step number 1.
Will add to this list but first, need to sign off and get the kids.
