“Be not the slave of your own past. Plunge into the sublime seas, dive deep and swim far, so you shall come back with self-respect, with new power, with an advanced experience that shall explain and overlook the old.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Constipation
It used to be that any time something "bad" happened like:
-finding a fly in my coffee.
-a flat tire.
-a toilet tank exploding and causing water to leak throughout the house.
-finding dog poop in the house.
-discovering a hole in the plastic bag I am using as a glove to pick up the dog poop...
the phrase I always used to look at the "bigger picture" was:
'it's not cancer'
I am now looking for a new mantra.
Any suggestions?
While I am thinking, here's a backlog of pictures.
