Society has nothing concrete to assess mothers.
No year-end evaluations,
productivity reports,
or promotions that might reflect the kind of work a mother does.

Print this out, fill it up, and give this to your mother this weekend.
(a retroactive progress report if you are an adult)
Or if you are a mother, print one out and hand it to someone significant to fill up for you.
Heck fill it up yourself.
After all, only you know exactly how much work you put into motherhood.
